| خلاصه مقاله | Zeolite imidazole framework-8 (ZIF8) materials represent a subset of metallic organic
frameworks (MOFs) that hold significant promise for various applications in the food
industry and beyond. These materials are made up of metal ions or clusters coordinated
with organic linkers based on imidazole, resulting in a three-dimensional solid structure
characterized by well-defined pores and channels. ZIFs exhibit several key attributes, such
as high porosity, customizable pore sizes, large surface areas, adjustable surface
chemistries, and excellent stability. These features render them highly adaptable for
numerous uses, including smart and active food packaging solutions. Due to their
controllable compositions, dimensions, and pore sizes, the properties of ZIF8 can be
optimized for a wide array of applications, such as energy storage, sensing, separation,
encapsulation, and catalysis. This article highlights recent advancements and the potential
applications of ZIF8 in food packaging materials |
