| خلاصه مقاله | The present practical guideline consists of 56 recommendations and is based on the ESPEN guideline on clinical nutrition in the ICU. The original guideline was shortened by focusing the commentaries on the evidence and literature on which the recommendations are based. Some of the recommendations themselves have been changed, and the presentation of the content has been transformed into graphical presentations. The original guideline was developed according to the standard operating procedure (SOP) for ESPEN guidelines and consensus papers.
This SOP is oriented on the methodology of the Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN). Literature was searched and graded 1e4 according to the evidence, and recommendations were created and graded into four classes (A/B/0/GPP).
All recommendations were agreed in a multistage consensus process, which resulted in a percentage of agreement (%). Six recommendations (former R21, R22, R33, R35, R36, R37), were revised and updated (R21 and R35) or merged (R36 and R37) into one within the preparation of this practical guideline according to the recent evidence. These recommendations were voted on within the working group, and the percentages of
agreement for the respective recommendations are taken from this voting. |
