| خلاصه مقاله | Introduction: Population growth stands as a critical and strategic concern for nations, wielding direct influence over economic prosperity, societal advancement, national security, and the preservation of cultural values, particularly within an Islamic context. Consequently, there exists an imperative to devise solutions capable of fostering population growth while simultaneously catering to the needs and aspirations of individuals. Thus, the aim of this study is to examine population growth solutions from the perspective of medical sciences professionals in Tabriz Methods and Materials: This study utilized a qualitative research design, employing a content analysis approach, conducted in 2023 at Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. Participants were selected through a purposive sampling method, specifically targeting medical sciences professionals in Tabriz. Subsequently, the collected data underwent rigorous analysis and classification using the content analysis method Results: Through comprehensive content analysis, several key solutions emerged. These encompassed enhancements in economic, security, and cultural domains, alongside improvements in incentive laws, policies, and facilities. Conclusion and Discussion: The findings underscored the efficacy of various strategies in stimulating population growth. Measures such as alleviating the workload and hours of pregnant mothers, implementing tailored income support, incentivizing larger families through cash and housing provisions, augmenting subsidies, streamlining administrative processes for childbirth services, and establishing future-oriented accounts for infants emerged as pivotal drivers of increased childbirth desire and population expansion. Importantly, these solutions, grounded in Islamic principles and contextual nuances, hold promise in fulfilling the diverse needs and aspirations of the populace. |
