| خلاصه مقاله | Statement of Problem: One of the most important causes of death due to injury in war is severe bleeding followed by the loss of normal functions of the body's organs and causing shock. Preventing bleeding is the first and most basic step in treating and saving the lives of war casualties. Various methods are used to prevent bleeding, but most of these methods do not prevent bleeding 100%. A tourniquet is one of the best tools to control bleeding in combat injuries. Of course, the place to close and how to use it correctly are very important. And the problem arises when the place is so huge that it is not possible to close it. Meanwhile, it is very important to use a dressing that is super absorbent and induces the formation of blood clots and also has antibacterial properties. Research Purpose: The purpose of this research is to prepare super absorbent dressings that, in addition to inducing clot formation, are antibacterial, and their production is economical. Research Method: Preparation of nanocomposite structure from natural proteins along with synthetic polymers and nanoparticles by electrospinning method along with other methods. Results and Conclusion: In this research, an attempt was made to design a dressing that, in addition to having these characteristics, its production is economical and does not have a complicated manufacturing method. In this research, one of the natural proteins was used along with synthetic polymers along with nanoparticles. And the hope is that it can go through the next stages of animal studies and reach clinical trials and mass production. |
