| خلاصه مقاله | Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of Endometrial Ablation (EA) as an alternative surgery to hysterectomy in the treatment of Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB). Material and Methods: This is a retrospective cross-sectional study was performed on 65 women who underwent endometrial ablation from March 2019 to March 2021. Questioners that covering all treatments characteristics have been utilized together with personal data. The SPSS software was used to analysis the acquired data. Results: This study’s findings the efficacy, therapeutic value and extremely high patient satisfaction of these practices. Conclusion: Endometrial ablation is a safe and effective procedure that was associated with a low rate of postoperative complications and favorable rate of patient satisfaction. |
