| خلاصه مقاله | Background and Aim : Introduction: renal transplantation is the most valuable option for the treatment of chronic renal failure, the big question about anuric patients and the outcome of bladder function after successful transplantation is that: will bladder be associated with problems with long time defunctionalized? Objectives: We studied the outcome of a long time none urologic and none neurogenic de functionalized bladder and compared it with functionalized bladder after successful renal transplantation. Methods : Patients and Methods: In this study, chronic kidney diseases patients were included in the study. Patients were divided into two groups: without urine (less than 100cc) and with urine (more than 100cc) in24 hours before transplantation. Then patients' information such as urine volume 24 hours before transplantation, number of dialysis sessions, bladder wall thickness (based on sonographic findings) were extracted. After transplantation, bladder function was evaluated by comparing the volume of urination in the first and third months and the volume of urine for each urination. The data were analyzed by SPSS v20. Results : Results: In ten patients there were differences in bladder wall thickness in comparing to others but in all of the cases of two groups voided volume of urine in every void time was above 300mls without significant difference in two groups with p-value 0.974. Conclusion : Conclusion: Defunctionalized bladder without associated neurogenic and obstructive correlation will function like functionalized bladder after transplantation and doesn’t need any more investigation before transplantation. |
