| The reported solubility study of sertraline hydrochloride and clopidogrel bisulfate in deep eutectic solvent (DES) has been analyzed from viewpoint of the solubility of a basic compound in salt form by a DES composed of malonic acid (an acidic hydrogen bond donor component) and choline chloride. Overall, evaluation of the solubilization mechanism of a DES composed of an acidic component on solubility of a solute in salt form could be found out by determining the pH of final solution and analyzing precipitate after equilibrium. |
