| خلاصه مقاله | Introduction: Kidney transplantation is the first choice for the treatment of chronic renal failure, successful transplantation, and well functions of allograft depend on many factors including age and sex kind of donor, center experience but a very important factor is an early function of allograft kidney Method: In thirty allograft kidneys from donors between the age of 25 and 40 years on the back table after completion of irrigation of kidney 80 mg papaverine through the renal artery by the heparin needle injected and immediately the artery clamped by a bulldog and creatinine of recipients following day of transplant (first day of transplantation) measured and compared with the first-day creatinine of 30 successful allograft kidneys transplantation without an injection of a vasodilator. Results: In the group with vasodilator first-day creatinine level was below 2mg/deciliter but in the group, without a vasodilator, it was taken more than three days to reach below 2mg/dl Conclusion: the injection of a vasodilator in the allograft kidney is effective for the early reaching to the normal function of allograft post grafting. i |
