| خلاصه مقاله | One of disaster complications of endo urologic treatment of ureteral stone is avulsion of ureter, which it is better to be managed by experienced center, this complication more possible with large size ureter scoA succespe and more manipulation with spasm of ureter. Case: A 60-year-old female with past history of breast cancer and chemotherapy and radiotherapy now because of bilateral ureteral stone treated endoscopic as TUL but left ureter was avulsed and referred to our department for management , after inserting percutaneous stent and evaluation patient auto transplantation was done 14 days’ post trauma Results :14 days after trauma the patient underwent a successful left kidney auto transplantation, GFR of right kidney :21ml/min, GFR of left kidney 29ml/min Conclusion: kidney auto transplantation after perfect evaluation is a safe and successful procedure at any time after isolated ureter trauma |
