خلاصه مقاله

We have read the article by R.B. Bestetti et al.: The history of the evolution of the knowledge about the diagnosis and the pathogenetic aspects of heart failure (2020).We want to make some contributions [1]. In the Middle Ages, not only many medical manuscripts of Hippocrates and Galen were translated into Arabic, but also the precious experiences of physicians of that period in etiology, semiotics, and treatment of a variety of diseases were added, which resulted in the existence of significant medical books. Therefore it is necessary to consider these broad and multifaceted topics in the study of disease-related issues [2]. The authors have only mentioned Ibn Sina, but other physicians of middle ages have also taken the notice of the disease.
