| خلاصه مقاله | Back ground: Apoptosis death is one of the cell killings in cancer cell after radiation. In this study amount of apoptosis cell death is selected to presentation of responding of breast cancer cells to radiation treatment. Material and Methods: In this study MCF-7 (human mammary epithelial) cells were cultured and classified to 7000 cells for each test and control samples. Irradiation was cobalt 60 and cells included apoptosis death with TUNNEL method investigated. Results: The apoptotic cells value in exposed cells to 2 and 6 Gy post 24hr radiation were 18.18%, and 25.11%, respectively and control with 4.88%. The amount of apoptosis cell death post 72 h radiation were 24.10%, and 36.22%, respectively and control with 6.37%. Conclusion: Responding of breast cancer cells (MCF-7) is relatively resistance to radiotherapy with apoptosis death assay. |
