| Acinetobacter (A.) baumannii is a gram negative non-fermentative occobacilli with increasing relevance in a variety of hospital-acquired infections. The bacterium is a nosocomial opportunistic pathogen that are resistant to the most of antibiotics and causes various types of infections such as bacterimia, pneumonia, meningitis and urinary tract infections. The aim of this study was to determine the frequency of bla-OXA-2 and blaOXA-10 resistance genes and class I Integron among Acinetobacter baumannii strains isolated from patients referred to Imam Reza hospital of Tabriz city |
