| خلاصه مقاله | Marine microorganisms are a rich source of new genes most of which are left unknown and
regarding the ones which have been known there is not enough information considering their
applications. It is estimated that only less than one percent of marine microorganisms can be
recovered through standard tissue culturing technique. However, the action of recovery can be
improved through applying gene sequence of 16S rRNA. Considering there is until now no published
paper on the presence of marine bacteria of Qurugol Lake, the present study aimed to investigate the
bacterial community in the lake. In so doing samples were taken from four different parts and at
each part from three different depths. The taken samples were grown on special media including:
marine agar and SWM. Thirty two isolates recognized. Enzyme assay indicated the Gram-positive
bacteria capable more than Gram-negative bacteria to produce hydrolytic enzymes, even though the
most lipase produced in Gram-negative bacteria.
Phylogenetic results recommended that the isolates belong to Aeromonas, Alishewanella,
Alteromonas, Jeotgalicoccus, Marinobacter, Marinococcus, Paracoccus, Pseudoalteromonas,
Rheinheimera, Rodobacter, Prophyrobacter, Shewanella, and Bacillus genera; moreover, The
GenBank/EMBL accession number for the 16S rRNA gene sequences of strains RCRI4, RCRI7 and
RCRI19 are GQ505294, GQ988720 and HQ392507. |
