خلاصه روش اجرا: Before starting the study, the code of ethics and other necessary permits will be obtained from the relevant organizations. After that, by conducting a pilot study sample size will be determined for study. By determining the sample size, the researchers will go to selected industries to fill out the checkpoint. After that, the data will inputed to SPSS statistic software for analyzing data. The researcher will ask the manager any questions he/she has. The researcher should determine the main products and production methods, the number of workers (male and female), the hours of work (including breaks and overtime), and any important labour problems. After that, the researcher will define the work area to be checked in consultation with the managers and other key people. In the case of a small enterprise, the whole production area can be checked. In the case of larger enterprises, particular work areas can be defined for separate checking. The researcher will read through the checklist and spend several or more minutes walking through the work area before starting to check using the checklist. The researcher will read each item carefully. Look for a way to apply the measure. If necessary, ask the manager or workers questions. After the researcher has finished, he will look again at the items that marked YES. He will choose a few items where the benefits seem likely to be the most important. He will mark PRIORITY for these items. The researcher will discuss the check results jointly with others who have taken part in the walk-through. Agree on the existing good points and on the measures to be taken on the basis of the checklist application. Communicate will make with the managers and workers about the proposed measures, and follow up on the implementation of these measures. In this step for every checkpoint safety rate will be calculated. For item NO in questions researcher will give one point and for YES item researcher will give point zero (safety rate range 0-132).
